Why I Created I’ve Had Enough Cake
I created IveHadEnoughCake.com after reaching my own breaking point with food and sugar addiction.
Over 100 pounds overweight, I was trapped in the cycle of food and sugar addiction. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, ashamed, and isolated, trying to control something that feels impossible to control.
My recovery began when I finally admitted I’d had enough and opened myself to honesty, support, and simple daily practices that slowly changed everything.
Now, I walk alongside others who are ready for their own “I’ve had enough” moment.
Through lived experience, decades of work in addiction, and spiritual and practical tools, I offer hope, structure, and connection so you do not have to do this alone.
Recovery is real. You are worthy. And when you decide you’ve had enough, a new beginning becomes possible.
